"We were very happy with our stay. Loved being directly across from the beach and absolutely loved the view from our balcony on the 3rd floor. The owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. The owner surprised us with fresh scones for breakfast one morning and her son carried our bags up to our room on arrival. The room was a little tight for our family of four and the beds were a little too firm but otherwise it was perfect. We plan to visit again soon. "

"Was a cute room. Its not the biggest or nicest place, but it was perfect for my one night in Hampton Beach. Room was clean, felt comfortable and safe, and had a nice deck area to hang outside on and watch the ocean and sunrise. "

"We were pleased with our stay overall. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The room was large and cozy. It was also well insulated so noise from other guests and outside was not an issue. The only issues we had were that you get 2 metal keys for your room at check in, only 1 worked. The other was not even close to the same cut. I brought it back but they had no other key to offer, so only 1 room key for 4 of us. The other issue was parking. The room...

"The property is located across the street from a large beach parking lot — in fact, this parking lot is where you’ll need to park. The area seemed very safe, and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so be prepared to manage a few steps. Our room was clean and worked just fine for us. The bed was very comfortable, but the furnishings could use an update (i.e. need nightstands). It’s beachy, and we had a nice 1-night stopover on a very long roadtrip. "
