Nice place across from beach
Had a great time. The room was perfect. Scott was attentive and gave great recommendations for food and activities. Would definitely return. Only drawback was lack of a stove/oven but it did not affect us for such a short stay

Exactly what we needed
What a cute property. Scott was amazing! He sent very helpful and detailed notes for check-in/check-out instructions. He was very quick with his responses. The property itself was exactly what was described. PERFECT!! Just a few steps from the beach and quick commute to shops and restaurants.

Great area. Room was cute and functional with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfy with lots of pillows. The room does get quite warm being on the top floor so we kept the heat low and opened the slider. They use an overpowering smelling deodorizer in the hallways and in the room. We put the deodorizers that were in the room on the porch and it was much better. You do have to run the shower for a few minutes to get hot water. We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work but the tv did have some good channels. Scott the owner was very nice, left us a care package and was a great communicator. We stayed in November so most of the stores and restaurants were closed. The night life was great with the casino ballroom and Wally’s for live music. Rt 1 had lots of places for food, drink, shopping and gas but is very busy. We drove to Portsmouth and Ogunquit for the restaurants, shopping & charm.

Hampton Beach Anniversary Getaway
Scott was a great communicator and worked very hard to make sure we were accommodated for our trip. This little place on the beach was a quiet and serene place to come back to after a day of exploring Boston/Hampton/Portsmouth areas. Right across from the beach, secluded and in walking distance from beachside restaurants. Great stay for a single traveler or a couple on the road!

Fall Getaway to Hampton Beach
The condo is quaint and quite nice and is accurately depicted on the VRBO site. All appliances and the TV worked well. It was just my wife and I, so the space was comfortable. The unit is located directly across from the beach - a short walk to the boardwalk, resurants and bars. We took short day trips to Portsmith and Ongonquit which we really enjoyed. The host (Scott) was very helpful and responsive.
