“Great location”
Loved the location!!!!! Safe, walking distance to everything!!! The hotel is old with a lot of character, but well cared for. Rooms are small but comfortable. We would definitely look to stay here again.
“Nice hotel near San Francisco Downtown”
It is a good hotel you can get for the price. Very close to Union Station (just 5 min of walking), Downtown with a Westfield Mall, Chinatown, Broadway. Also possible to walk to the piers although that would take you like 30 min. Parking is kind of expensive (~$20 per 24h across the street) but I guess okay for almost Downtown. Building is relatively old but nicely remodeled and painted. All in all, we were extremely satisfied and would go stay there again.
“Hôtel tres bien plaçé et agréable”
situé en centre ville, prés de toutes les commodités (commerces, cable, quartier chinois, épiceries,..). Accueil agréable, petit déjeuner inclus et respectable. les chambres du rdc de notre deuxième séjour sont apparues bien refaites à l'inverse de celle du premier étage.
“dowtown SFO proche de tout”
Totalement satisfait de ces 2 nuits dans cet hotel surtout en arrivant lesté du décalage. Accueil parfait, chambre avec vue sur l'arrière de l'hotel (merci la chance car nous n'avions pas choisi). le pc en bas pour la connexion web. le ptit dej à base de doughnut/muffin juste bien (faut s'habituer aux etouffe chrétien dès le début du séjour!). Et cerise sur le gateau la voiture réservée pour bush st(national via location de voiture.fr) que nous avons récupérée.. en face de l'hotel (pratique pour le transfert des valises).
“A gem for price, location and convenience”
Great location. Near Union Sq, Chinatown, Nob Hill and cable cars. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Room and bath extremely clean. Highly recommend.
“Would use hotel again”
This hotel was great for what we needed. The rooms were clean and we had service everyday. We basically just showered and slept and were never there for very long. If you are planning a visit and dont need entertainment from your hotel, this is the place to go! We enjoyed the service and the workers were very kind. Would definately use hotel again!

Would use again. In decent neighborhood. Hotel gets discount from parking garage across the street. Rooms ok. Half block from cable car stop. Very convenient

Situé parfaitement Chambres rénovées, impeccables petit déjeuner correct Bref, rien à dire pour le prix payé....sauf si vous allez épendre de l'internet de l'hotel (pas vite vite)
“a little gem in the middle of nowhere!”
i wish this hotel were in a busier area, as it is a great find and a bargain. staff is accommodating, talkative, and quite hospitable. the rooms are adorable, clean, and well-kept. little fridge in the room helps! i would highly recommend. if you have car and don't mind driving another ten minutes out of your way, go for this place.
