"I have been staying in Hotel Palace for years and always come back. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is included and is very good!! Hotel is very central to many things downtown, location is great! The staff is VERY NICE, I assure you that you will not find better and nicer staff anywhere else! Christian in reception is the BEST! You will feel at home at this hotel! "
"The staff very nice and friendly the place and location very good. The only thing was carry my own luggage up 3 flight of stairs very inconvenient. They need an elevator or someone who can help you with your luggage. Also don't answering messages. They need to respond."
