“Friendly staff”
Great friendly staff, comfortable room. Great location, be certain to walk along the water front and up the hill Santa Ana.
“Visitor from Portland, Oregon”
We stayed here for five days and found the staff to be wonderful. Free breakfast was great and the service was good. Eating lunch or dinner off the menu not as good. Overall was quite happy with our stay.
“Nice but smelly..”
Need cleaner bathrooms and install exhaust fans urgently..! Other than that..a very nice hotel
“Best place to stay in Guayaquil”
This hotel is in a great location, ten minutes walk from a fair-sized supermarket, a large and quite dreadful fleamarket, and the Malecon. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the room pleasant and comfortable. Food was good, with specially good freshly made pancakes with maple syrup (con map li.) All in all excellent value for money with services and interiors above the given star rating. And that's unusual!
“Very nice hotel”
My daughter & I stayed in the Hotel Palace in Guayaquil, and were very happy with our choice. The staff @ the desk did pretty well with English, and were very kind/polite/accomodating. The free breakfast was great, not just a continental breakfast, but made omelet/eggs to order for us. Room service was excellent. I would go there again.
“hotel palace . Au centre proche malecon 2000”
il y a actuellement un chantier en construction a côte de cet hotel. Repos impossible. Chambre bruyante. environnement peu securisant
“Would stay there again.”
Everythin perfect, except the restaurant service. This is probably the best hotel in Guayaquil. We stayed there twice and would again. Definitely better than The Marriott. Location and all.
“A good value in a good location”
We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Palace. It was in a good location near the Cathedral and the iguana park in front of it, and an easy walk down to Malecon 2000. The room was comfortable and we had a nice dinner at the restaurant. The Hotel Palace was a good value in a good location to spend a night on the way back from the Galapagos.
“Nice place”
Great staff, good rooms, pleasant hotel, centrally located in downtown Guayaquil.
“Excellent value hotel”
We had one night in Guayaquil. In the right location and excellent service provided.
