We especially appreciated the outdoor equipment, such as the chairs and umbrellas, plenty for all of us to use. The home is very close to Gracebay, the main shopping strip in Providenciales, and other beaches. We rented the owner’s van and we’re able to visit quite a few beaches in the vicinity. Our stay was a little under a week, but very pleasurable thanks to having this Hopewell villa as our base....

"The Villa Kinga is wonderful for a family escape. The description is 100% accurate. Check in / Check out was a breeze. Within walking distance to several establishments. The recommended driver (Earl) was magnificent- he was never more than 10 min. away when needed. Margaret- ( property manager) responded immediately when need arose. 3 min. walk to the beach! Loved our stay. Would book again without reservation."

"We go to Turks 2-3x per year for 20 years. Tried this place cause it’s close to Regent village and beach. It’s really nice really clean and modern. Grounds are well kept. Things it needs: Safe in room Beach chairs/umbrella Lamp ( had only overhead lighting) Can opener Ice machine Better towel linens (sub par) A turn off was arriving to find a wet mop leaning in the bathroom.
