Beyond exceptional! Initially I thought that because it was a hotel, it wouldn’t live up too much expectation but I was wrong. The environment is beautiful, the staff is accommodating and loving, food was amazing. I enjoyed every second & actually want to cry that I’m not there anymore. It was also my birthday and the staff made sure to make sure I felt loved, if I could exceed 5 stars I would. Definitely looking to come back!

I loved our stay at Oasis at Grace Bay. The only thing that could of been better was the dining options. Its really expensive for the quality of food they serve. I also wish there was room service. Other than that, I would recommend staying there.

Property exceeded expectations. The grounds were beautiful and clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, the private access to the beach was incredible, and the one bedroom room was pristine. I would absolutely stay here again because it is also super close to almost everything and they provide free parking. Thank you Oasis at Grace Bay for the wonderful experience.

Stayed 4 nights on a couples trip we loved the property. We loved the front desk receptionist Alba and we were greeted with a welcome beverage and a cold lemongrass cloth from Alan. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and I would stay there again.

The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Bensly definitely made us feel at home any time we went to breakfast at the restaurant on the premises. The outdoor shower in the Deluxe room was EVERYTHING! Highly recommend. Will definitely be going back for a 3rd time.

Staying at the oasis is actually been an oasis it starts from as soon as you get to the resort they greet you personally they treat you like a special guest with cold towels and local tropical drinks. They have you already ready to go into your room they show you around what’s available and they just want you to have a great vacation Everyone there was super polite super personal and I would definitely go again. It really made the vacation easy and fun.

Very near to the world's best beach a.k.a. Grace Bay. The service is excellent and staff are very very helpful. They can pick and drop from the beach any time you want. Nice swimming pool and easy access to beach towels. The hotel has a nice restaurant on site that serves delicious pizzas. Plenty of parking spaces if travelling by car and free parking as well. The hotel is in the main area near both the beach and downtown, with plenty of local shops nearby.
