"Excellent stay, enjoyed our time in Solvang. Great house for a group. Very comfortable to gather as a group and well appointed sleeping arrangements. Furniture in garage (couch and mattress) limited parking space in the garage due to vehicle sizes. We were only able to park 2 of 3 cars on the property. Would have been nice to have extra towels for the Spa. All said and done, we had a great stay."

"We loved our getaway at the Casita. The place was clean, cozy, quiet, and close to town. Jeanne and Leo were amazing and very warm and welcoming. Also very dog friendly and their two small dogs were really sweet. Check in and check out instructions were very simple and it helps the place is easy to keep clean. Definitely plan on going back in the future"

"We had a wonderful stay celebrating a family member's 30th birthday. The house had everything we needed on a rainy weekend - cozy sofa, game room, well-equipped kitchen and incredible views. It is close enough to wineries and the cute towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez and Solvang while still feeling like you are out in the countryside. The beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless. Highly recommend!"

"This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we enjoyed our stay. The cottage has all the things you need for a short stay. The grounds are lovely with all the lavender plants and the area is quiet, quiet, quiet. Yet so close to SY or Los Olivos for dinner and wine country for winery visits. Hope to return again... In prior visits, there was use of a bocce ball court, but sadly that is no longer the case - we miss that!"

"We had a lovely spring break vacation at Susie's home. We had everything we needed - from very comfortable rooms, a quiet neighborhood, a gas bbq grill, full equipped kitchen, swimming pool, high speed internet, and board games galore. Everything was very clean and we got to enjoy relaxing at the house in between our fishing outings at Goleta Pier and Lake Cachuma. "We rented this property to celebrate mom's 80th birthday as she wanted to go to Solvang. Weather was not in our favor that weekend but we were able to stay in this home, light a fire, play games, drink wine and relax. It was perfect. The views of the mountains are beautiful. We were able to see them with a dusting of snow! The location of the home is perfect. Easy drive to all the local favorite spots."

"The welcome and walk through as well as the private parking and the way it was our own spot but walking distance to everything. We loved it we would stay there again. Grezyna, was warm and welcoming and had wonderful coffee, chocolates, sparkling cherry apple drink(we don’t like champagne) and beautiful roses as well as a card to celebrate our 34th anniversary. All I can say is awesome."
