The staff were all very polite, professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the stay was. I would specifically like give the concierge team a big thumbs up. I asked for advice and assistance numerous times and each time I was given top notch attention and care. My next Seoul trip I plan to stay here again. "

The room is a little too warm (gotta open the window) but quiet and equipped with good bedding. The hotel is very close to CALT and there are many restaurants, convenience store and shopping centers."
