"Had a wonderful stay with my husband and cousin from up North. We came to visit my elderly Mother. The house was perfect for us. It had all the amenities we needed , very clean and tastefully decorated. We were able to visit, cook out, get great rum runners to go from the jetty lounge and sleep great in the comfy bedrooms."

"The house has a lovely view of Indian River - we enjoyed morning coffee on the screen porch watching the sunrise. The house is very spacious and comfortable and along with the guest house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee and bottled water were provided. Fort Pierce was an easy 20 min ride. We were attending a wedding and the house was perfect for out of town family to spend an afternoon together. The high speed rail runs behind the house so there is the occasional train...

"It was a lovely stay. The house was clean and well supplied, we got to see the beach in a more natural setting without a lot of people around (in fact, we mostly had the beach to ourselves) The host was lovely to work with. I would recommend the city putting in a pedestrian crossing light to get across to the beach. But other than that, it was a great place to stay. Met all of our needs and made for a great experience. If we are ever back in Florida I would consider staying here again."

"Beach access was close by. Avalon State Park and Fort Pierce State Park was close by as well. There's a Publix about four miles away for groceries. Bike trails right on A1A. And of course so much to do in the Vero Beach and Fort Pierce downtown area.Large house to accommodate a large family...plenty of room. Quiet area too."

Super quiet area which was very nice, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves during prime spring break time. There is also access to the Indian River in the neighborhood and we enjoyed walks down to a private dock on a nightly basis. "The house was as advertised and, for the price, a good option. It is on the older side and seems a little worn but was clean and had all the amenities advertised in the listing. The backyard and garage were not very clean and both were a little disorganized (toys scattered about, chalk left on the trampoline, and lots of stuff in the garage) but the owner had four usable beach chairs, two umbrellas, a couple of bikes, and a beach wagon - everything we needed for trips to the beach which was just...

"Just what we needed for a nice beach weekend. The property is so close to the beach. Nice fenced in yard for our fur baby and there is a great dog beach down the road about 10 minutes. Comfy beds, place has everything you need."
