“Would go back anytime”
Beautiful beach. Great location, beach,shopping,dining.
“Could not have done better!!!!”
Everything we hoped for and then some. Beach was great. Everything was great.
“By far the best place I've stayed”
The resort is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.I loved the screened in balcony that was accessible by both bedrooms and the living room. The front desk staff are very personable, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again. The only negative I can identify is the resort is on the beach but it's quite a hike to actually get down to the shore.
“Relaxing Vacation!”
My husband and I had a week away from the children. This was our first trip to Ft Meyer. We enjoyed the sunsets, the pool, the trolley that picked us up and dropped us off right out front of the condo. We can't wait to go back and to take the kids with us!
“Very impressed. Someday we will go back.”
Our condo was lovely appointed. Screened in balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. The pool and beach areas were also very clean. The trolley stopped in front & was only 25 cents each way. Several restaurants were near & we had some great food. A drug store was near by. About an hour away is Everglades City. We went & took a wind power tour. Our complete stay was perfect, even the weather. You would never go wrong staying here.
“Awesome value!”
We were ecstatic with our recent stay at Pointe Estero Resort. For us, its had everything a resort should - large, comfortable condo, clean and manicured public areas, wide beach, great views from our room, and quiet. We would definitely recommend this property to all, except for those who elect not to rent a car. Transportation is a plus in this area, given the distance to some sites and the lack of restaurants and shopping close by. However, for us, I don't think we could have picked a better lodging in the Ft. Myers Beach area.
“Great Hotel, would definitely go back again”
We stayed in a 2 bedroom gulf front condo on the 14th floor (south side). We paid extra for a higher floor and it was well worth it. The views were fantastic. We could see both the sunrise and sunset from our condo. The condo was clean, well kept, and provided everything we needed while living there. The balconies were great. They were accessible from the living room and both bedrooms and were screened in. The hotel was also located close to everything we wanted to do. We would highly recommend this hotel.
“Great experience”
Pointe Estero Beach Resort personnel were excellent! The room set-up was perfect. The amenities were above expectation. With a full kitchen and all of the utensils and dinnerware, we did not have the expense of eating out for every meal. A simple trip to the very nearby grocery store to stock up and we were all set! The beach was fabulous, although we did not rent a cabana due to the added cost! The pool setting was gorgeous with the fragrance of flowers wafting on the air. I guess I missed the washer/dryer in the description while looking for a resort to stay. I would have packed fewer clothes and washed them there!
“Great place to be on the Beach with young spring breakers”
We traveled with four girls (one in High School & 3 in College) on spring break. This resort was close enough for activities for girls, but far enough away to get away when we didn't want to partake in "Spring Break" Very satisfied and will stay again if we return to this area.
“Large balcony, quiet end of island”
Pointe Estero Beach Resort consisted of condo units: living room, dining area, full kitchen, and bedroom, with a large screened balcony. There was no restaurant, but there were several options within walking distance, or short drive. My favorite meal was a take-out sandwich from a deli across the street, eaten on the balcony as the sun set. A beautiful location and a wonderful room. I would go back.

Fort Myers Beach, Florida, United States of America: Decidedly less ritzy than other Florida seaside towns, Fort Myers Beach is a favorite destination for families. Area singles, too, also pass the time here, especially at Lynn Hall Memorial Park and at Time Squares bars, restaurants, and shops. Casino gambling is mostly illegal in Florida; a Fort Myers Beach-based casino cruise flouts this ban by floating just beyond the long arm of the law.
