I always come here because it's great place to stay except when my bathroom flooded but they upgraded me to a nicer room

Property management very bad service and unsafe, because I coming in 11.30pm for check in hotel and I received an insult on the phone from the hotel manager, I was very upset and tried to find out the reason for this behavior of the hotel manager and I was not checked into the hotel and I had to sleep in the car it was the worst check in experience!!!
