“Great Hotel”
The hotel is a bit out of the way, but great if you have a car (i think there is also a bus stop in frontlish). Rooms are very stylish and contemporary and clean! Super comfortable and the bathroom and very nice! Breakfast was a bif buffet, lots to choose from. Big grovery store right next door for anything you need.
“This hotel is at the top in every category!!!”
My girlfriend and myself stayed here for just a few nights and between us we have been to every country on the planet, and as you may guess many, many, hotels and resorts. But, this hotel certainly stands out and shines like a Diamond in the rough! Were were amazed by the complimentary continental breakfast each morning, it eclipsed all of the breakfast spreads we have ever seen "ANYWHERE" !!! And the rooms comfort and amenities were just a dream! Hotel staff very were always helpful and informative!! We will definitely stay here and when ever we come to Florence which is about every 15 months, and we will certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone we encounter who is coming this direction!!

“Excellente Hotel”
This hotel presents the main aspects which a tourist needs. Localization in the central area in Florence, shuttel service to downtown, parking, excelent restaurant, good room and services and client service. I strongly recommend this hotel for a tourist-business men in Florence.
“Would stay here again”
This hotel was an exceptional choice for many reasons. It is clean, quiet, the staff was tremendous and the meals were outstanding. This is such a nice location .. the neighborhood grocery store has such a great selection. The Starhotels Tuscany clearly exceeded my expectation .. this is a great value and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip back.
“Nice Hotel”
This was a nice, clean, bright hotel. It was a little far from city center, but it wasn't a problem. It had a shuttle that went to and from the city center to the hotels at convenient times throughout the day. Should you not want to be restricted by their shuttle service, there are plenty of buses that stop short one block of the hotel from the city center. I wanted a nice extremely clean hotel, without feeling claustrophobic (euro hotel rooms are extremely small!), and breaking the bank---that is exactly what I got.
“CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN”
Everyone and everything about the the hotel was excellent, all except the shower. IT WAS THE STRANGEST SHOWER I HAVE EVER USED! It was in the middle of the bathroom WITHOUT an enclosure. Water was everywhere. I guess traveling is an adventure...The staff was amazingly helpful and nice and very concerned about us enjoying our stay. We wull definitely stay there again on our next trip to Florence.
“Amazing”
I stayed here for two nights as part of a 16 day European visit. I stayed in 10 different hotels, and this was hands down the best one. The service is great, the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are beyond what I expected for the price I paid. The beds we great, and the bathroom was really nice. too. We even got our own robes and slippers. The breakfast was great, by far the best of all the hotel breakfasts I had on the trip. I would definitely recommend staying here.
