“Fabulous NH Firenze”
We were travelling with 3 children and found the hotel helpful, clean and very accommodating. They gave us adjoining rooms on the 5th floor which had lovely views. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the maids were superb. The kids and us loved the breakfast, something for everyone. I can't say enough about this hotel, it made our stay in Florence even more magical. Thank you.
“Hotel parfait”
A 50 metre de l'Arno et a 15mn a pied en longeant le fleuve du centre historique , cet hotel permet d etre au calme apres la foule du centre.Ideal!!
“A+ for Jolly Hotel”
Despite the fact that it was a bit far from the centre and the Duomo, the hotel was awesome. Our room was big and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also quite good. Would definitely stay here again and am recommending it to all travellers to Florence!!
“Can't wait to go back”
We just got back from Italy and this was the best of all of the hotels we stayed at. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
“good room”
We were fortunate to get a room on the top floor and we had a very large balcony with views of the River Arno. The hotel is close to the river and about 15 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of central Florence. Also about 15 minutes from the train station. We stayed 3 nights and ate in the hotel one night. We chose from the limited choice daily menu, but it was very good value.
“Great Value!”
We stayed in the Jolly Hotel on our vacation to Italy recently. It was a fantastic experience. The room was HUGE and extremely well done by compared to what you usually find in Europe. The breakfast was quite wholesome. Location is a bit away from the typical tourist haunts like the Duomo (app. a 30 min walk). However, it is very good value for money and completely recommended.
“Very Nice Hotel well located in Florence”
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was ready at 11 a.m. Very spacious triple room. Hot buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

located near the river, a short walk into town. Hotel staff very helpful, helped us plan excursions. good breakfast and had a very nice dinner in the rewtaurant one night.
“Great place to stay”
A very pleasant walk to all that Florence has to offer. The hotel was clean and well staffed. Everyone was very helpful even though I did not know any Italian. The breakfast was great, and the few dinners we had at the restaurant were very good.
“Great hotel”
Newly remodeled, this was a great hotel to stay at in Florence, Not too close to downtown area, but within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
