“Very good customer service”

The hotel staff were really friendly, helpful, and has very good customer service. The place itself is very convenient especially it is near the train station and to all the tourist attractions. The hotel is very clean and neat, I love their breakfast buffet, and kudos to the hotel staff !!! If I come back to Florence again, I will stay at this hotel again.
