"The house was so clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room, for us, and the dogs. There was a very convenient tie out for the dogs, so they could roam in the spacious backyard. The rooms are decorated with a seashore theme and we loved it. I would stay here again. Margo"

"Our family just returned today from staying at the Niblet cottage. The easy walk to the beach was wonderful. The cottage was adorable and perfect for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. The neighborhood folks were kind. Lots to do in the area - nature walks, canoe in the marsh, whale watching, and Old Orchard Beach. The minor issue was no dishwasher or hairdryer like mentioned, but again that was small, not significant where it impacted the trip. Would defly recommend this location to family looking for a quiet getaway close to the beach. The beach access was gorgeous, quieter than OOB. Took some great pictures of family together! And the host communicated exceptionally well and provided fantastic recommendations in the area. Awesome opportunity!"

"We had The Best Time here! The house was perfect – and just what we were looking for. Plenty of space for 9 people – never felt crowded or on top of each other. Having multiple living/hanging out spaces (inside and out) and 2 laundry rooms were great. Super special that we could all sit down to eat together at the big, long kitchen table. All the rooms and beds were so comfortable. Multiple AC units throughout the house was nice to let people adjust as per individual preference. The location was AMAZING! Super close to the beach – didn’t have to deal with parking or crowds – this was one of the best perks. The house was very well stocked, especially in the kitchen (e.g., spices, olive oil, storage containers, dishes, appliances, even cling wrap, AirFryer, etc). They are also very generously stocked with beach accoutrements: multiple chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels. Minor issues: 1 laundry room didn’t work, but we just used the other one. There was no iron or bean bags for cornhole. Management company was variable in speed of response (but did always answer), and they did not appear to know the house well. They reported only a highchair for infants but then we found a pack and play. They said that there was only “one beach chair” but the amount of beach supplies is outstanding. Bottom line: The house was fantastic! Location was PERFECT! HIGHLY recommend staying here. Would love to come back again in future."
