"Our host Shelly is an absolute sweetheart. She had cookies for our arrival and gave us helpful info about the area. The B&B has bedrooms at either end of a common LR, DR and kitchen so if both rooms are rented the common space is shared. We had the place to ourselves, which was super. On our second night just after dark we heard the sound of horses trotting as Mennonite carriages went by - so cool. We’re country bumpkins (smile) and loved the farm setting for our stay. "Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Had questions before booking and after, owners replied back almost immediately. When arriving they messaged to check in I got in okay and to let them know if I had any other questions. It’s October so it’s cold the screen room was perfect for space of 9 people to be able to see the beautiful view, relax and stay warm. "The cottage is in a good location, although the property is not large. Summer time would offer more 'outdoor' space. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. "Amazing location between Bobcaygeon and Fenelon falls (a little closer to Bobcaygeon) on a quiet road. It was amazing the home came with lots of water craft fun eg canoe, pedal boat and kayaks.. The water isn’t too deep at the docks which made it perfect for the little ones to walk around in and with a total of six kids under the ages of 8 and 6 adults there was no shortage of room for everyone."
