"Elisa's Cottage is a beautiful home with an excellent host! Perfectly located close to the harbor, great restaurants, and downtown Main St., we couldn't have asked for more. The house is in pristine condition, and Andrew left us with a welcome basket of goodies, his private phone number, and a booklet of local activities and restaurants. "Great house with big rooms, well equipped kitchen, great A/C and fans and wonderful covered porch! Small but clean beach just five min away and chairs/umbrellas, cooler and games available in garage. Quiet and private street and yard. Part owner lives next door but unsure if he’s a property manager since no instructions were left about that but he did introduce himself. Great price but that may be since it’s a new listing. "Great location. Easy walk to beach, coffee shop, restaurants, even ferry to the vineyard. Nice open layout upstairs for socializing. Well equipped including lightweight wagon to easily get our chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The two smaller bedrooms in basement level suitable for kids."

"The harbortown hideaway was amazing! It was such a short walk to probably the best beach in Falmouth and a short walk to downtown. The house was perfect for our family, very kid friendly. The owners spent time to organize everything which made life so much easier. It had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was in great shape with a perfect patio. We can't wait to go back!"
