"The restaurant and garden / pool area are lovely and I would go back to the hotel for lunch or dinner . However , the rooms are very small and compact - despite being upgraded we still struggled to work around this room as bathroom very tight and the window sill was used to house the shaving mirror. "
"Receptionist brilliant ! We got lost sat nav took us down a dirt track , very helpful! Food awful, fish had been cooked twice tough, ribs hadn’t been cooked properly so mainly fat. Rooms spotless and very reasonably pruced"
"Central to main city sites. Very comfortable, clean and very newly painted. Very good en suite features.
Only problem was noise and light from the main road. Thicker curtains maybe?"
"Excellent find, near the center of the city between two train stations. Friendly and professional staff, and very basic but well-kept accommodations. "
"Lacked charisma whilst it is a lovely building the rooms and corridors looked tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was nice but no personal touches. £10 each to use the pool was a bit poor as a resident I have never paid this surcharge in any other hotel so we didn’t bother. We booked this hotel as it was close to princesshay shopping which was about 3 mins walk perfect. £15 to park there for 24 hours seemed reasonable. "
