« We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time. »

« A lovely property in a lovely location. In the countryside but a short drive to all of the local attractions. Stayed for a long weekend and would definitely return. The garden gets good sunshine and is mostly fake grass so doesn't get muddy if it rains. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The walk in shower cubicle is in a small ensuite but there's an over bath shower in the bigger main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there were tea bags and coffee pods already there for us. »

« We enjoyed staying at 5 Shadycombe cottage. Owner sent lots of useful information by email shortly before stay. The cottage was compact, clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were a little compact. The cottage location and proximity to Salcombe allowed us to walk into town. We found fabulous art store, along with a great bakery for breakfast goods and pasties, in addition fudge, chocolate and ice cream stores all very yummy. « Moving to Chittlehampton,were looking for somewhere to stay for the first few weeks nearby and Prospect Cottage was perfect. We felt at home immediately, it has a cosy atmosphere with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view looking out of the cottage onto the square is quite charming with the Church at the top the Bell Inn at the bottom and beautiful cottages in between. « We stayed 3 days here. We were mostly out of the home but it is on a very quiet street that when we slept we didn’t have any issues of traffic or other people. The stairs can be difficult so it you have stairs be prepared. They are a beautiful set of stairs. You are in waling distance of multiple restaurants. The host was VERY accommodating and assured us when we arrived early. It was very much appreciated! »

« We had a very relaxing 3 night stay at Driftwood Cottage. Didn't manage to get out on the paddleboards as tides and weather conspired against us but read books and went on some lush walks »

« The property was ideally placed with a fantastic view from all windows. The walk into town was easy and took approx 10 mins and the lack of parking at the property was not a problem. We found on street parking approx 5 minute walk away. I would suggest that check in instructions include the fact that the key safe immediately on the RHS of the door is no longer in use and the current one is attached to the adjacent wall. It would have saved a bit of hassle! »

« Lovely cottage, very comfortable and homely. The road is narrow, quite busy and there are no pavements, so walking along the road can be a bit hazardous. The walk along the edge of the estuary is pretty muddy and requires boots or wellies. »

« We had another fantastic stay at Waterfall cottage in Dalwood, thank you Tracey. The property was great for our family, nice and cosy, and had everything we needed. Loads of good places/beaches to visit within a 20 minute drive or so, whilst we also enjoyed the delights of Dalwood including a superb dinner at the Tuckers Arms. No doubt we will be back visiting again soon! »

« We had a lovely stay at Rosemary Cottage Annexe, impeccably clean, very picturesque area, didn't need to use the car much which we loved, got lots of steps in! 20 mins walk to nearby cove with lovely beach cafe, and had a fabulous meal in The Thatched Inn 😍 »

« This cottage is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in. It was a comfortable home from home. The cottage is close to local shops and restaurants, as well the bus stop for the short ride to the harbour and shopping area. We would highly recommend this cottage for anyone visiting the Torquay area. »

« We had a lovely 2 week holiday at Oyster cottage in Shaldon, everything that was promised in the description was there. A central position in the village, a 2 minute walk to the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The botanical gardens are well worth a visit as the views are wonderful. The craft fair on the green was a lovely surprise. The little ferry between shaldon and teignmouth was a way to visit the nearby town but walking is also a possible option. A day trip...

« Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou »
