Everything was clean, we were provided with all the details we needed, and even some extras! Communication was excellent and we were given a whole tour upon arrival. "This property had an amazing very central location, the property was very clean and once we got our check-in information it was very easy (though it did not come in advance of us arriving for check-in which was a bit stressful). The beds were very comfortable and the home very private! We had all the space we could ever need and were well set for nice bedding and towels! We loved our stay and would stay again!"

"Host communication was excellent. It was in a safe neighborhood. Access into room was as described. However this had a real feel of a basement. Noise upstairs was minimal but we were there late each night and left early every morning. It was clean but just know this is a basement of a house. Access was down some concrete square stones. Couch area very small. Nice sized fridge. Beds were comfortable for me but my daughter said they were too hard."

"My partner and I got married at the nearby Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. We chose to stay with some of our wedding party at Cedarcliff not only because it was close by, but because we know it would be for great pre-ceremony photos of us and our party. The only comment I would make is that the house comfortable sleeps 10, not 12 as the listing suggests. We ended up putting one person in a cot in the living room and another guest on an air mattress we happened to have in our car."

Charming cottage.
"This cottage is very convenient to be able to walk everywhere in Elora. The home itself is charming, the beds are very comfortable with excellent quality sparkling white sheets and duvets and good quality pillows. Bathrooms were spotless and well equipped. The owner, was charming and very quick to answer questions, when we mentioned the basement bedroom was chilly, an electric heater was delivered very promptly. If I had to be negative about anything….the sofa’s in the living room are a little tired, and for three senior women with bad backs, sofa’s with better springs would be appreciated. The kitchen was clean and had everything we required for our three night stay. The fridge had quite a bit of food in it, which we found a little odd, and could have done with a good wipe down. That said, the cottage is lovely and so easy to access Elora, I would definitely stay there again."
