“Family Stay”

I really liked this hotel, the hotel staff were nice and friendly especially the bar manager who looked after us on the evening during the meal. The gym, spa and pool were small and functional but the kids really enjoyed it. The nearby Almondvale Centre gives you plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and evening meals.

“Recent Weekend Break”

Staying at this hotel was a very pleasureable experience. The amenities added to what would be described by us as a relaxing and good holiday. The situation of the hotel close to the shopping centre also proved to be very useful for us it meant we did not have to traveL far by car or pay for taxis, to get to the places we planned to vist.

“Good stay for family”

We reached late at night but check-in was hassle free. Family room had a double bed and a child bed. Mattress on child bed had cracks in it. We had two family rooms so did not have much problem. Mattress on main double beds were good in both rooms. It has a heated swimming pool, which was clean and not crowded. Full english breakfast was fresh and good. Range of fruits, yoghurts and juices were available. Paying for breakfast at reception (addition to room charges) is cheaper than paying restaurant. ASDA super market is just next door so easy to buy toothpaste/brush and paracetamol just in case you forget to pack. I would recommend the hotel.
