« Appartement vetuste, les lits grincent, donnant sur la cours d'un bar/concert. Tres bruyant nous avons tres peu dormi car la cours est extremement bruyante. Nous avons loue l'appartment pour 6 personnes mais pour ouvrir le canape lit nous avons du deplacer le lit 2 places. Le canape lit etant tres vieux, le matelas etait tres inconfortable pour nos enfants. Il n'y a que 4 chaises et le nécessaire pour 4 personnes alors que l'appartement est affichee pour 6 personnes. »

« The house and yard was very clean and inviting. The rain left the outdoor patio chairs wet and dirty. But the warm waters of the Spa made up for that. My grandchildren had a blast. A very friendly neighbor and his dog introduced themselves during our visit. The owners set very clear expectations for the use of their property. That made it easy to decline extra visitors I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Memphis. I hope the owners would welcome us back. »

« My daughter had a baby shower in Memphis. This flat was the cleanest vacay home i have seen. i loved that it was gated, They had everything that you would need inside the flat. There are many restaurants near that were great as well. We are already planning our next visit since my daughter is here and we will stay here when we return »

« This is an older place in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a nice park all within walking distance. The only issue we had was that the mirror in the bathroom is mounted too high for a short person to use. Otherwise, everything we needed was there. One thing that was not a problem for us but perhaps might be for some other guest is the lack of blinds in the second bedroom. We like to close the blinds at night to keep things dark and that is not possible when...

« This was a great location walkable to everything. I loved looking at the Memphis bridge in the evening light show. But!!!! Blinds were broken alot of sunshine came in early morning. No Towels!!! Shower did not work!!! We had to take bird baths with the little tinkle of water that came through. We ended up getting the towels. Check in and finding the location was confusing. But the shower part was the only disappointment »
