"This was our second visit to this hotel. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of so many points of interest. So convenient! The rooms are modern and very clean. I especially love the bed linens and towels that are of very good quality. The beds are very comfortable. The gentlemen that meet you outside when you arrive are very friendly and welcoming. The gents at the luggage storage desk are also very welciming when we arrived early, and when we needed to store our luggage the day we were leaving. They made conversations about why we were in town, where we were from and what are plan were for the next 4 days. The staff at the front desk were not friendly. No warm smile, just going through the motions. We encountered 3 different staff members at the front desk. Early arrival, actual check in, and checkout. Three different individuals, all without smiles and welcoming positive attitudes. Come on, we are spending money at your property. We have a ton of choices! I gave the hotel five stars as the hotel itself is. Great location, exceptionaly clean, beautiful, comfortable rooms and bathroom, and great linens. These things are important to me. "
