"The key to High Season resort is its incredible beach front location and the really well designed and build pool villas. The rustic and lush exotic gardens give you a sense of relaxation. It was getting close to low season, so the staff seemed to be a bit slowed down. For a 5 star resort, we expected a bit more enthusiasm from the beach staff. Like bringing cold water on hot days and tending the beach lounges. Other than that, everyone else from front desk to room upkeep and service was great."

"Amazing location. Having 360 degrees of unrestricted sea view. However, hygiene issue is definitely a concern as the hotel show some age with its wooden furniture, bed edges, There was small insects at one of the bed pillow one day during our stay.
