“Nice Family Hotel”

Upon arrival, we had problems with the airport pick up in Bangkok that was arranged through the hotel. This appears to be a car service that many of the hotels contract out the pick ups to. The persons we dealt with were not Holiday Inn staff. They didn’t have a car for us, then they did but, we had to pay cash and not charge it to our room. The car was coming in a minute, 20 minutes later no car. This went on for 45 minutes and was so frustrating that we took a cab from BKK to Pattaya. When we arrived at the hotel, the guest relations (experience) personnel were waiting for us. They apologized repeatedly, made some very nice gestures and everyday when they saw us, the staff stopped to see if we were satisfied. The kindness and attention of the hotel staff was great and allowed us to put the arrival incident behind us and have a great trip. I would certainly stay here again.

Just far enough from the rabble but close enough to everything. Everything is a few minutes away. Staff are very helpfull its a near new hotel and fantastic views from everyroom We 3couples stayed twice whilst travelling coastal strip of thailand Hotel has free computers/and accesss Will stay hotel next year

“Very impressed - can't wait to go back”

All staff on desk could speak very good English and were very helpful. The hotel is very new and the modern design and colour scheme is extremely nice. We knew the location was at the quieter end of beach road but that suited us. There was still plenty of shops and bars around and you could exit from back of hotel to take you to Big C shopping centre. Transport was easy, it was only 10baht per ride in songthaew to busy end of beach road and walking street. The infinity pool is amazing, looking onto the beach and has a great spa at the other end. The children's pool is located separate so it was very peaceful around this pool. The room and bathroom size were large with plenty of lighting and electrical sockets. We would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back again.

“Holiday Inn Pattaya best hotel”

Holiday Inn Pattaya is 2 mins walk to the beach . In the opposite direction are the hawker stalls ( pass IBIS hotel) & the magnificent Tiffany show. The room is very spacious , clean , comfortable, with security safe . There is a balcony with ocean view. All staff are so friendly and polite and speak some English.If you need wireless internet , you must include into your booking package or use the free internet at lobby.The swimming pool (4th floor facing the beach ) is excellent and very relaxing , free towels provided. separate pools for children. I will definately stay at Holiday Inn next visit in Pattaya . Very affordable for an excellent hotel. there are many tuts tuts on the main streets , do not negotiate with driver, just jump in & pay him 10 bahts each at end of journey .

“perfect for family trip”

the hotel facilities are perfect. especial for family: nice pool and amazing kid club, plus the ideal location. only one thing the hotel need to improve is, time check in. I arrived at the hotel about 1:30 pm, but no room available yet. I got my room about 4:30 pm, which was very late. the problem was lacking of cleaner, and staff was not very helpful....NEED TO IMPROVE ! ! !
