Medical Staff & Corporate booking stays are welcome. Guest must be 23 years of age or older to book. *No private third-party bookings.
*No unauthorized pet or guests. If an unauthorized pet or guest is detected there will be a $200.0 fine added to your stay and will be considered a house rule violation. This is a non pet unit.
* Should a late checkout occur, you will be charged for that day, and do NOT assume occupancy for that day.
*Do not bring in appliances, boxes, or crates of any kind. This should not be used as a personal storage facility.
*Please do not wash vehicles, or work on vehicles on premises.
* No smoking anything ($500.00 fine if interior smoking is detected) , no parties, and no pets on or in the property.
*No burning candles or any open flame inside house.
* EV charger is unavailable at residence.

*A long-term (40 days or longer) stay requires a monthly cleaning service at guests’ expense$99.
*Damaged linen fees may apply not to exceed $90.
*Trash pickup is Monday morning; the canister should be put to the street every Sunday evening.
* Thermostat temps are adjustable between low 68 cooling/ high heat 77 degrees.

*No refunds for power, internet, or cell service outages, inclement weather, road work, appliance failures, or anything that is beyond host’s control.

*Trained & registered service animal is allowed; however, it must go with the owner when the owner is not in the unit. It should never be left in unit unattended. An unattended animal left in unit is a house rule violation and will be treated as such.
*Check out is 10am, remove all trash from unit, put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it. Turn off lights. Lock all exterior doors upon exit.

*Should house rules be violated you will not be refunded for any used or unused booking/booked dates.
