"This hotel meets beyond my expectation. I can highly recommend it to those visiting Dublin. It’s in the heart of the city, accesible to all public transport and walking distance to the main city attraction. It is spotlessly clean. The employees are very accomodating and kind. I will stay again in this hotel definitely and I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you soooooo much. For me, it’s 10 out of 10. I am very easy to please. It’s worth for the money we pay. "

"Need a better system for check in. I was not sent any information and had to phone the property to get codes. They did answer but arriving late at night as a lone female i felt unsafe. it should be made clearer what the system is before you book. Building itself is nice and my room was nice if a little dated. I personally didn’t like the set up. No luggage storage or anyone on site in case of issues."

"I booked a twin for myself and my daughter as she had a hospital appointment in Dublin. What i got was a double and when i asked to be moved they said they had no twins left. There was also no room service menu in the room so i had to go down. I also got an unscheduled wake up call at 7.15am asking if i was looking for a hair dryer. NO, no i was not. On the plus side, the bar staff were excellent."
