2.5 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2)
"The night before our trip I was reading the previous reviews and became very concerned. But, the comments regarding the caretaker from earlier in the summer were no longer an issue. The woman that greeted us was warm and competent. She was available but did not hover. She was the perfect host in every way. The B&B itself was clean, the accomodations comfortable, and the location excellent. We sat on the front porch the first night and enjoyed a beautiful evening. I slept well, ate well, and...

"My hotel king bed, two-room suite was fabulous. The 2nd room had a queen or king pull-out sofa bed. A 55" flat-screen tv in both rooms. There was a fridge and microwave hidden behind a closed-cabinet door. Also coffee and bottled water. A clean, spacious bathroom that came with enough towels, body lotion and soap, shampoo/conditioner, and blow dryer. No shower cap. Also bedroom closet came with a safe, iron and board. There was a choice of in-room or restaurant dining. The stay had a...

"We were the only guests in the B&B this weekend. Although it was a lovely home built in 1849, we were a little disappointed. 1). That the bathroom we had to use was downstairs from our room. There was one upstairs, and again, as we were the only guests for the weekend, we thought perhaps we could use it, but apparently, it was the manager's daughters, bathroom. 2). We loved the idea of the pool.. it looked beautiful, except it needed cleaned. So did the lounge chairs at pool side. Not to mention...
