Front desk was very nice and friendly upon check-in.
The room itself was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a room with a nice wire overlooking the city. My only complain is that when I called the front desk on the phone from my room it took 15 minutes to get an answer. I just had a question, should not have taken so long to get my call answered.
hotel facilities seemed a bit dated... most things worked well, but had some issue with elevator key card readers not working. rooms lacked quiet door closers, so room door would slam behind me when my hands were full.
otherwise everything was great.
The room had a little age on it and the bathroom was small but otherwise it was perfect. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. The location is great. The restaurant on the top floor was terrific with a great view and lovely cocktails. We also had the buffet breakfast downstairs one morning and it was pretty crowded, I think because the weather had taken a nasty turn & nobody wanted to go out into it, but even with the big crowd the food was replenished before it ran out and the waitstaff was on top of their game. I'd like to add that the entire hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would return to this hotel and highly recommend it.
