"The hotel was fantastic, the room clean with a very comfortable bed, all facilities in bedroom hair dryer, tea making and toiletries, all the staff very friendly and polite especially Kayley at check in and out and a special shout out to Nat who was friendly, informative and nothing was to much bother Only slight downside had a bar meal on the Friday night starters came out at different times mine was eaten before my wife’s came out and the pizza was burnt on the bottom "

"The hotel is relatively newly refurbished. The staff are lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, one particular barmaid, whilst not being nasty, is pretty glum and unhelpful. She either needs a cuddle, a chat, retraining or letting go. "
