"Its a little far away from the kansai airport the area around were residential so its very quiet and a little dark outside at night time. There weren’t any nearby convenience store but they have a small restaurants around the area. The staff were very kind and welcoming."

"I really like the fact that there was check in counter. They send you a code to get the key out of a lock box and then you have your room key. The only thing that was not so good was the wifi. I only had a spoty connection that kept disconnecting. Could not do anything on phone and not being able to speak Japanese there was nothing to do."

"I was a bit surprised that there was no desk or person to ask for help. There was a shower but no towels except hand towels in our room. Also, check in was until midnight but no showering after 2300? Seems odd. Most people would like a shower after they travel."
