"We drove from Nashville Tennessee to Columbus Ohio for a wedding shower for my niece. The check in time was 3pm. We checked in 10 minutes early and we went to our room. The cleaning crew didn't clean the room yet. My daughter and I went downstairs and decide to have a drink while we wait. We waiting another 30 minutes and it still was not done. Pleasant stay in a clean area

"Friendly staff and well kitted out room. Food choices within the hotel weren’t huge but generally good. Sometimes felt like there wasn’t enough staff but could have easily been a one off situation. Room was nice and comfortable. Shower tray was a little grubby but ok."
