It was also cold and the heating barely worked. The bed sheets also felt damp. The reception shared its counter in a mall. Lots of strange people hanging around. I could not stay there and had to leave. Expedia should not sell this place again "

"The staff is absolutely amazing. Raj was wonderful helping me with taxis, excursions, and even helped me with my phone when it was having issues. Bicum, Nisan, Noraj and Ram are awesome. They are extremely friendly, helpful and kind. They all really made my stay very nice. The hotel is in a great location, with many shops and restaurants in close walking distance. "In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace...
