"I visited the area for a wedding and received the hotel as a suggestion. I was not disappointed. I also needed some additional help with adjusting my reservation and was met with the most awesome help. I needed to change the configuration and number of beds. The help was instant and the staff was so underatanding of my situation. I truly appreciate the ease in which things were taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area."

"Can’t knock this place for cleanliness, and it was overall a comfortable stay. Staff were also very friendly. Walls were paper thin but luckily not really a late night hotel. We were a little later than usual for breakfast (but within the designated time) and it was very limited choice, did feel we had missed the boat a bit. A solid place to get some rest when exploring the park."

"Cabin was great. Very convenient to west Yellowstone town and west entrance. It’s a bit far to Yellowstone attractions but drivable."

"We really like how spacious and confortable our room was. we enjoyed having a sofa in our room so we could reflax in our room after a busy day. The hot tub was better than we have had at other hotels. It was also very clean. we would highly recommend this hotel when you are visiting Yellowstone."

"The rooms were very unique and fun. Loved the size and amenities provided in the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The draw back is the lack of hot water in the shower. Had two tepid showers with very minimal pressure. It was cold out. BUT, Would so totally book again though."

"This is a very convenient, clean, and well maintained property. Carpet could have used replaced but when your next to a national park and everyone has hiking boots that is to be expected. My only issue was the mattress was super soft. Other then that it was a super nice stay at the edge of a National Park"

"This was a fun trip, and the facility and staff were awesome. Very clean, very efficient and eco friendly. Also well priced for the "in-between" season. My only disappointment was that the photos did NOT match the room we thought we were booking. Our "balcony room" did indeed have a balcony - overlooking the parking lot and highway. The photos featured for that room overlooked the riverwalk, and it looked a little more "away from the bustle". MAJOR LET-DOWN AND DISAPPOINTMENT. This...

"Loud kids running in hall unchecked much of evening. Everything else great. A guest services. No coffee at front desk to make in room. But premade coffee free 24/7 if you felt like going downstairs for it. Overall i was satisfied."
