"This hotel is right next to duomo, very convenient shopping and access and night life. But, if you like quiet and less people traffic, this may not be for you. Otherwise, this hotel is amazing, beautiful and close by many sightseeing spots."

"Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel...
