"Excellent hotel - clean, modern and efficient. Very isolated, while that’s not bad there was no access to activities at property (had to drive to do any hiking, sightseeing, etc.). Would be nice to have at least a hike from the property. Will stay here again!"

"Iceland is gorgeous, but the weather can be uncooperative, so I chose Hotel Viking. I had a triple room and a side view of the water. There is a sauna, hot tub, and breakfast in the hotel and an amazing restaurant with lots of Viking artifacts ten steps away. So if the weather was terrible the entire time, you would still have an authentic Icelandic experience. Hotel Viking was even better than I expected in so many ways. Great staff as well, very accommodating!"
