"Amazing location, very close to the beach and within reach of the centre of Denia (40 minute walk / 5 min car journey) with lots of amenities close by. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a great pool and lots of trees / green area where my children enjoyed playing. The outside space is perfect because it opens straight out onto this but is set further back from the main road than the other apartments. We will definitely return when in Denia!"

"We loved the location and house that had everything one would need. The location in Santa Lucia, in a residence with 12 houses and a community pool is wonderful. House is hard to find so helpful to have help or more details before check-in. Mattresses and bedding not as comfortable as we wished but rest of house absolutely excellent!"

"We spent three nights at this property. The house is very large and the pool is great. It is a bit of an older house, but everything was clean and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the AC. The house is off the beaten path but very quiet and still very close to everything in downtown Denia. A car is a must. Tons of great restaurants and stores within minutes."

"This is a lovely property - an old building extended and modernised with a traditional-shape pool. The A/C in the bedrooms is excellent. There is none in the rest of the house but, as it is an old building, we didn't feel the need for it as it kept reasonably cool, even when 35 degrees outside. "Old style villa with an amazing villa and pool. It was exactly as we hoped for. Every bedroom had aircon and all had double beds. the pool was so lovely and lots of outside spaces to eat as a family. Would suggest a car unless people are very fit and love walk as not very close to restaurants etc and steep hills to get to villa. It was however a great location close drive to Denia town and all supermarkets. The views were amazing and lovley at night with all the lights on seafront and castle....

"This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool. For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses. The beach was easily accessible. Denia is a lovely town. We had a great family holiday in Villa Ralf with 4 generations."

"The pictures on the website are misleading of the property you might end up staying in. Our accommodation was more like a garden summerhouse. It was clean but very tired and not equipped at all. The three towels were all hand towels. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when trying to use the terrible WiFi. We didn’t have time to use it but the pool looked lovely. The cafe served a nice basic breakfast. Great location near the beach. "
