"Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine.."

"It was a good value for money apartment. The location was lovely and tranquil, with a nice pool area and close by shops. The apartment just needed to be cleaned to a higher level. Lovely comfy sofa bed but very hard double bed. But we only needed a stop gap as we were house hunting so it was okay, once I cleaned the toilet and kitchen!"

"The manager was pleasant but could not understand our English or attempts at Spanish. We did not speak German. The cottage did not have air conditioning only fans. The TV did not work. Bed linen and towels were old and worn out. Window and mosquito netting needed repair. The remote control for the vehicle entrance gate did not work. "Loved the property, especially the top floor master bedroom with its little terrace. Great location near the tapas street Calle Loreto and a short walk to the centre and the market. Jayne was very helpful and welcoming with lots of good tips. Would definitely consider booking this property again."

"The pictures on the website are misleading of the property you might end up staying in. Our accommodation was more like a garden summerhouse. It was clean but very tired and not equipped at all. The three towels were all hand towels. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when trying to use the terrible WiFi. We didn’t have time to use it but the pool looked lovely. The cafe served a nice basic breakfast. Great location near the beach. "
