"Never knew this little gem existed. When you first walk in the lobby if feels and smells great, like your in first class. The staff is super nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing, although a little weird to see right into the restaurant and vice versa. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Everything was so clean! The rooms were spacious and decent water pressure."

"The front desk staff, house keeping and the staff at the Bristro 880 bar/lounge were all very professional, helpful and heart warmingly kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone on a business or pleasure trip to Newark, California. 💯 "

"Jackie at front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in . We believe maybe new employee at breakfast bar because it had not been replenished, upon noticing it Jackie also guided new employee on how to replenish area . Guests were quickly attended . Jackie is obviously quite the asset your company needs for great customer service. Parking Valet : Very energetic, and friendly Lars was there upon our arrival, we were concerned about parking our sierra 250 Denali in what seemed a very tight space garage. We opted to drive truck in , but Lars escorted us and was helpful in guiding us . Lars helped us get our luggage to main lobby to get us to our check in . Lars was very understanding about us worried about parking situation and did not hesitate to continue providing us with the reassurance that our truck as big as it is would be secure and we need not to worry. Our check out valet Rudy was a friendly and joked around with us about our truck not being in garage..,haha , super nice gentleman. He actually drove our truck out to loading area , where we were able to load up our luggage and be able to get on the road . Sincerely, give La Quinta on fourth street in San Jose , California very high ratings in all areas. Clean, secure facilities well maintained, employees eagerly waiting and looking on how to provide the best quality of customer service. Looking forward to our next opportunity to visit San Jose because we certainly know the exact place to stay . Thank you !!"
