The separate entrance has a code entry lock that is very secure. Very cute and very clean. Bed was a bit hard for my taste, but others might prefer that. Nice touch with some snacks provided at no charge. I was in and out with only 1 night, and did not need to communicate with the host, so I cannot comment on their responsiveness, however everything I needed was provided and was easy.
