“Best Around the Area”

Room was great. Very clean. Staff helpful and knowledgeable of area. Liked what the hotel had to offer, the breakfast was the best around (and a great deal at $3.75). This is my second stay at the Grand Seas. I have stayed at 6 other local hotels in the past 3 years, this is clearly the best in it's class.

“A GREAT GETAWAY q”

The resort was great, the room was the right size and it was very clean.all 3 pools were very nice the hot tubs were great. And the tiki bar was a blast. I would recomend this resort too everyone.My wife and I had a very good time and we will be going back very soon.

“no balconies- ocean front”

if you need to worry about kids, maybe no balconies is fine. facility was clean, yes. but the rooms were in need of facelift and updating. the sea air has deteriorated the window frames. there are NO BALCONIES - and the windows slide open, but only one frame, so you feel like you are 'sneaking a peek' at the ocean... i live locally - and was taking a 'stay-cation', but this property had far more than we (as a 6 month married couple) needed. 'mini golf, kids club'. so i felt we paid for amenities/ facilities we did not need. but i can see that it would be a great spot for a family on vacation from somewhere else, and on a budget - rooms have nice kitchenettes.

“Beds not comfortable”

The room was clean. The view was wonderful. The beds were horrible. You could feel every spring. We did not get a decent night's sleep the entire trip.

“Not impressed”

I was not impressed with the condition of the hotel. The pictures on the website must have been from when it was first built. Not worth all the money I paid. Safe in the room did not work, floor was sandy, jacuzzi tub did not work. was very disappointed.

“Parking Issues and Nasty Floors”

Hotel has no parking and if you park in plaza,you're car will be towed,hotel should offer more parking since they want to call them selves a Resort Ha -Ha Funny, Floors were so dirty in room when we got in bed that night we left dirt on sheets because the floors were grimey and Filthy ,When i told clerk her response was yeah we are going to re-do the floors soon.Met another couple said they had had some issues they were not Happy about and remarked about parking that they were afraid to leave hotel because they would lose there Parking Pretty Sad For a (RESORT) Want Stay There again
