"Fairly good value for money. Great location if you are going to an event at a nearby venue. Very small TV and bathroom, but both get the job done well enough. Staff could be a bit more hospitable (yelled at us for arriving 20 minutes early)."
"Close to The Cow Palace and a cheap Uber ride. Nothing spectacular around, but conveniences within walking distance including a nice restaurant across the street and a pool hall sitting atop a flight of stairs."
"We were very pleasantly shocked and surprised at what a nice stay we had at this hotel! We stayed 2 nights over a weekend. The staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating, our room was very large and clean, comfy beds, smelled very nice, the hotel was full up, but still very quiet, very late check-in was a breeze, nothing negative to say at all. Just an awesome experience!"

5/5 Excellent
"The breakfast was really good. The fact that they seat your party makes this hotel different from any place we’ve stayed in. It was very organized and there were a lot to choose from. They even have veggies - tomatoes, mushroom and greens which i really appreciated. The staff in the breakfast area were awesome. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My only complain was that the walls and ceiling were thin. We can hear other guests moving around above us. Other than that, i think it was perfect for people visiting san francisco. Everything was walkable, very close to pier 39 and fisherman’s wharf and the BigBus terminal. I would stay here again and will definitely recommend to friends. "

"The hotel was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The view could have been nicer, but we were only on the 5th floor inside a major city so what more could I expect, really? Unfortunately, we didn't get to use any of the amenities or facilities, but based on what I saw, I'm sure they would have been equally nice.
The Parking Fee was absolutely ridiculous, but I don't blame the hotel for that - parking inside major cities has always been ludicrously overpriced for absolutely no reason other than to gouge out-of-towners. It would have been nice if parking was included in the price of the room - as it has been at other places I have stayed in San Francisco."

"Old hotel but very clean and comfortable! It is in downtown and ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The cable car is half a block away and BART and Muni Light rail trains are about 2 blocks away.
