"Quaint older home right in town close to shopping and the local attractions. Everything was provided except for groceries. We had a wonderful weekend digging for diamonds, being outdoors and spending time with family. "

"The property is a ways off the beaten path over a narrow rural road and a gravel road. A bit strange to park underneath the house and climb stairs to the ground floor, but it’s a lovely house with a killer view of the Little Missouri River! Pretty new, very clean and well furnished. Loads of party room both underneath the house and a huge balcony deck. We enjoyed the property and would recommend it."

"Myself and friends went for my birthday- bucket list to dig diamonds. I stayed in cabin #3 and they stayed in #2. I don't require the taj mahal and it worked just fine. It had cold air, a clean nice mini fridge and a microwave (I never used the microwave). The bathroom/ shower house is that of an older well used campground shower house and could use a face lift but gets the job done. The cabin is the same but it beats messing with a tent, your covered from the rain and the price is right. We enjoyed a nice campfire both nights, it was quiet and niby bothered us. The guy overseeing the place was even nice when I had to call him at 7am to get back in my cabin after showering and locking the key inside while doing so, lol. The main downside I see is the "permanent" residence that seems to be living there and have crap all around their campers, however they don't bother you it's just an eye sore. It's close to all kinds of food places and stores. Just needs a bit of a facelift but like said the price is right, just don't go in expecting a bunch of stuff. It's a rustic cabin. Have fun!"

"The house was clean and kids enjoyed playing in the creek. House was easy to get to and in a great location to get around and visit different sites in the area. Would gladly stay here again if we ever get back to the area from Michigan."

"We loved our stay at Diamonds Old West! Our cabin was great and clean. The kids loved all of the activities on site for them. There are fire pits behind each cabin so bring what you’ll need for s’mores with you including the roasting sticks. They sell firewood on site but you can also bring your own. Mining and restaurants are close. Great place to spend some time with family!"

The host went above and beyond in ensuring our room was set up to our satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised by the housekeeping service provided during our three-night stay. While there are no on-site dining options, a nearby gas station is within walking distance. Additionally, the pet-friendly policy adds to the appeal of this establishment."
