"This is an amazing apartment. Great location, fabulous views over Levante beach. On the sixth floor, it is very quiet, with very little noise from the surrounding bars and cafes. Thoughtful touches such as washing powder, fabric conditioner and washing up liquid provided. There was even a shopping trolley to help with heavy shopping such as water (or beer). Balcony with sun beds is a perfect sun trap. Large TV with access to English channels a bonus. Located very close to the Tourist Information...

"The flat was clean and tidy and brilliantly located for all Alicante has to offer. Just be warned it can be noisy late at night with music from surrounding bars and the flats above. But it is a central location and therefore to be expected. Moises was a good host and we had great communication."

Check in was great with good instructions on how to get in. We were lucky enough to be able to get a late check out and we are most great full for this. Location for the beach is amazing, just down the stairs and you are on the beach. Personally I often find beds in the EU too hard, but there was a room that had memory foam ones, which I was pleased with....

"Despite being on the first floor, you are not disappointed: you can still enjoy the view of the beach and the proximity of restaurants and bars didn't create too much noise If you open the windows, you'll get a very nice breeze, enough to avoid using A/C if that's your thing. Two odd things: only one (1) shower for a room that sleeps 7 and parking, while plentiful, you have to pay an extra nightly."

We were met on site at the agreed time with the owner's representative. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the apartment and the surrounding area. The owner had already provided us with an extensive list of recommendations for restaurants, activities and sights. The unit was spotlessly clean, well equipped and they even had fresh...
