It was immaculate and spacious, and on request Josep kindly found us weekly cleaners to help us keep it that way! We have a 4.5 year old and 1.5 year old and there was plenty of space for everyone, with a cot and high chair provided too. The area is amazing with a lot to do, especially in the beach area, and we also took the opportunity to visit barcelona which was a short train journey away. "This is a wonderful house for a relaxing vacation near the sea in tranquil Sant Pol de Mar. Teresa was great at communicating with us. She also gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and food stores. The house was impeccably clean and we found everything to be as described in the ad, but the photos don't do justice to the wonderful views and the tasteful elegance of the home, which is decorated with superb style. "A fabulous location, but small unit found up three flights of stairs (and some of the bedrooms were another flight up!). There is a washer, but no dryer which was problematic for us. The rooftop pool was freezing and uninviting (really, its an over large bathtub). The worst were the towels which felt like sandpaper and the stained, although washed, sheets on the bed. I was disappointed in the unit.... but, the location was outstanding!"
