"Bonavista is at the edge of the tourist area, in a quiet part of Calella. 10 mins away from the beach, the same distance to the main street with the restaurants & shops. It is a very basic hotel, but very clean. Rooms were cleaned & bedding changed daily. When we arrived it was very late & the night porter opened the bar for us so we could have a beer, which was great. We asked for extra pillows & towels & received them within minutes. "almost everything is perfect except there's no available toilettries such as shampoo, extra toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds and side table tissues and slippers and bath robe..the time table of the transportation is not accurate "

"Basic rooms with tired look and feel. Booked an attic room. Huge bed would sleep 3 easily. I slept well. AC never seemed to get the room cold, even tho on 24/7. Everything was clean and housekeeping did an excellent job. Small fridge in room. Shower leaked so small bathroom floor was wet. Terrace had two loungers two small chairs and small drinks table. One of the loungers had split webbing. Breakfast buffet was ok, all sort yourself, no laid tables. Staff seemed more interested in your room...
