“Great Hotel”
71 Nyhavn is ideally located for anyone who wants to really get into Copenhagen. Located at the end of the Nyhaven canal, it gives a picturesque view of "old" Copenhagen, access to plenty of restaurants, and a short walk to the main shopping areas. The rooms are small by US standards, but nicely appointed with heated floor in the bath. The staff was extremely helpful and great to work with. My wife and I completely enjoyed our stay and should we ever return to Copenhagen will stay at 71 Nyhaven. We saw lots of other hotels on our walks around the city, but could not see staying anywhere else. This is THE place to stay!
“Will certainly go back”
Great location in the harbour looking out on the ships, near great bars and restaurants. The Hotel staff very friendly and efficient and although I was there for business I cant wait to return to do some christmas shopping with my wife.
“Where the Action is”
As we were nearing the hotel our taxi driver told us we had chosen one of the best hotels in Copenhagen. For the money, the driver was exactly right. Although the carpets in the public areas were a bit worn, we really couldn't find many negatives here. Our room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The staff service could not have been better. And then there is the location! You are within walking distance of nearly everything in downtown Copenhagen and the canal is both beautiful and hopping. Big tip....if you want to eat indoors at one of the hotel restaurants, make a reservation early in the day. Without one you won't get in. And the outside seating is first come, first served. Be warned that people tend to stake out their table and keep it all evening. One other thing. After your evening of fun and a good night's sleep, don't miss the breakfast in the hotel. Fairly reasonable by European standards for a full breakfast buffet and the food is of excellent quality. Stay here! The price is right and you will have loads of fun.

“Beautiful and Historic loved it”
This hotel is set on the beautiful harbor of Nyhavn. It is quaint yet modern. The people who work there are extremely nice. Each time you leave the hotel you are welcomed back no matter what time of day or night with lit candles by the door. A wonderful experience was had by all.
“recommend”
Location is GREAT!
“Lovely room and a great location”
Great location on the waterfront. Shopping in the Stroget area is very nearby. We walked to the "Little Mermaid" statue, a canal tour, museums and resturants. Everything was conviently located. They upgraded our room. We found it spacious, with good storage. Very clean and comfortable. Modern bathroom, old world feel with the beautiful exposed beams in the bedrrom. Free internet access in the lobby. We would definately stay here again!
“Well positioned for short stay”
Great hotel. Rooms/bathrooms very small. Good location - walk to main sites and shopping. Plentyof cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly and very helpful staff that all speak English. Restaurant very good.
“Better than expected.”
Hotel staff were very helpful and provided an upgrade to twin bedded room without cost, although these are normally more expensive. Very comfortable room with nice view of harbour. Shower arrangement would not achieve 4 stars in UK but it was fine. Good location for any holiday visitor.
