The staff were very kind and easy to check in with. Room was great. Restaurant was great. In walking distance to many attractions downtown. Only complaint was we drive a f150 and vehicles over 5'11" couldnt park in many areas. We parked in front of the hotel and ended up having to pay almost 30 dollars for less than 12 hrs of parking. This cost was charged on checkout and i felt it was too much in my opinion.

This hotel was perfect for being able to go to Scotia Bank Centre without even going outside. The staff was amazing and the kids absolutely loved the (warm) swimming pool. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Just loved it!

The location was good as it was very close to citadel and restaurants. The room was clean, we stayed in the harbour view room and we could see the bridge and harbour. Only downside was the parking was not included and I had to park the next door $25 daily. The parking and the hotel was connected underground so there were no issues but additional parking was a bit surprising to us.

The staff was not courteous, with exception to two people, the day time counter person and our breakfast waitress. There were problems with the booking, had to pay for parking and breakfast.
