This property was absolutely filthy. There was fecal matter smeared behind the bathroom door, the toilet paper holder was coming out of the walls, and the floors were tacky. You get what you pay for I guess.

I liked that when I first got there I had booked a smoking room because all the non-smoking rooms were gone. I tried staying in the room but the smoke scent was too much for me and my kid’s allergies. We all got sick when staying overnight. Went to the front the next morning and asked for a non-smoking room and there was one available. They switched me to it. We were better after the third day. The housekeeping staff were awesome. If you asked for anything they got it. They cleaned my room daily. On the third day, the housekeeper that day was very delicate with my daughter’s favorite doll. She folded her blanket and put the doll on the bed in a motherly position. The surrounding was very clean. The person that came in above us on the last two days was loud with constant noise but not unbearable. Other than that the stay was great.

Stayed two nights Not that this is anyones fault however they put us next to 3 streaming kids who were up at 4 am. Why would you put a family right in the middle of everything. You should have them in the back or secluded. Then I was told my room was cleaned to find the bed was not made floors were dirty towels were taking and not replaced. I had to find someone since they conveniently went passed my room. Very inconsiderate on both ends as a paying customer. The front desk was very nice and seemed to be concerned about both issues that were brought up to them Accommodate your guests a little better. I expect more for a quality inn

I booked this property at the last minute. The hotel was pet friendly, newly updated, very clean!! The new beds in this property are extremely comfortable along with the pillows!!! Cindy and all front desk staff were personable and friendly!!
